took this picture in 2006, before the smoking ban. By including
it in the book, I wanted to show that bingo isn’t just a female
game - many men play it too. With luck, Jeff and his brother-in-law
happened to be there the day I visited in 2013, and were still sitting
beside each other. They’ve since given up smoking and say the
ban was a help in them doing this. |
